Unconfiscatable
No admin key, no freeze switch, no permission required. Your pDAI is yours β full stop.
$pDAI is the only stablecoin with a legal precedent placing its domiciliary status outside the United States, beyond SEC jurisdiction. Like all tokens on PulseChain, $pDAI is unconfiscatable, ensuring user sovereignty. The networkβs global validator set, nearing 50,000, fosters true decentralization, granting users allodial ownership, censorship resistance, and absolute control over their digital holdings.
Empower individuals with a truly decentralized, censorship-resistant stablecoin β regardless of borders or jurisdictions.
A world where everyone holds unconfiscatable digital assets, protected by code β not by permission.

Secured by 50,000+ PulseChain validators. No single point of failure or control.
The SEC fought PulseChain for 2+ years and lost. That ruling puts pDAI outside their jurisdiction.
pDAI is the PulseChain fork of DAI. When PulseChain launched by cloning the Ethereum blockchain, every DAI holder received an equal amount of pDAI. It is permissionless, ownerless β no admin keys, no freeze function, no gatekeepers. The community calls the journey to $1 price parity "the peggening."
pDAI shares the same contract address as DAI on Ethereum, but it is a separate free-market token on PulseChain. Its price is set by the market β not a peg β so it can trade above or below DAI's value. The key difference: pDAI lives on a chain outside U.S. SEC reach with no centralised control.
Trade pDAI on PulseX V2 or LibertySwap Finance. LibertySwap lets you swap from assets on other chains (ETH, BNB, AVAX and more) directly into pDAI on PulseChain in one step. See our Bridge page for details.
No. pDAI has no admin key and no freeze function. Unlike USDC or USDT, no entity can blacklist your address or confiscate your balance. It is permissionless by design.
The pDAI contract on PulseChain is: 0x6B175474E89094C44Da98b954EedeAC495271d0F β the same address as DAI on Ethereum, replicated on PulseChain.
Extremely cheap. A standard pDAI transfer costs less than $0.001 β orders of magnitude cheaper than on Ethereum, where the same transaction can cost $1β20+.
pDAI uses the DAI smart contract, which has been audited extensively by MakerDAO and independent firms since 2017. The PulseChain bridge itself was audited prior to launch.
